Online Purchase Returns
For your convenience, all returns may be made via mail or in our store. We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt or packing slip within 14 days from the date you originally received your package* (please see return refund options below).
Store Purchase Returns
We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition, with your original receipt, for exchange or credit note within 14 days from date of purchase. Note refunds are not available unless item is faulty.
Return Policy Exceptions
Please note all purchases on furniture and custom orders are final and cannot be returned. All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available. Les Sardines Antiques & Interiors reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
How to Return a Faulty Item
We’re so sorry If you received an item that is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item. Please call Les Sardines Antiques & Interiors at +44 (0) 207 738 8499 for assistance with your return.
How to Return a non faulty item
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Making a Return by Mail
Provided your return meets our approved criteria, please take the following steps to return your item(s):
Complete the return form on the reverse side of your packing slip*. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip please contact Les Sardines Antiques & Interiors and we will provide assistance with your return.
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging along with your packing slip (or a photocopy).

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and exchange or issue a credit note.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
*If you do not have a return label, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com You may use the shipping carrier of your choice; however, you will be responsible for paying that carrier’s shipping fee, regardless of your return preference.
